The winners of the fourth edition of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid
Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) were announced at an
annual awards ceremony last week.
A photo showing a class being held in a remote mountainous area in China
won the Grand Prize in the Creating Future category at the Hamdan
International Photography Awards (HIPA).
